The “struggling against illegal use” process, which has been initiated against nonlegal use of Metropol Publications YÖS Preparation materials, has gained new dimensions in the recent period.
For some time, the efforts to prevent the illegal use of Metropol Publications YÖS Preparation materials, which have been on the agenda of our institution, started with the first legal steps.
The “struggling against illegal use” process, which we have started to prevent the reproduction of our “YÖS Preparation” publications by copying illegally, has started with the criminal complaints we have made to the German Authorities. The litigation processes will be started as soon as possible about the person (s) or institution (s) we complain about, and our determination to prevent illegal uses will continue increasingly.
The relevant person (s) and institution (s) are not explicitly specified, and if necessary, these persons and institutions will be displayed on our websites.
The people and institutions who are illegally using the Metropol YÖS preparation materials within Turkey, will be identified and in the coming period a criminal complaint will be filed against these people and institutions.
As Metropol Educational Institutions, our aim is that our efforts we make and the time we invest will be respected. Those who cannot correctly interpret the understanding, patience and goodwill we show will face “criminal sanctions”.
